We do not offer returns for change of mind due to hygiene reasons.
We quality check every product, however in the rare instance you have received an incorrect, damaged or faulty product please email us at pifu.skin@gmail.com with your order number and photos within 7 days of receiving your order.
Shipping costs are non-refundable and the returns postage must be paid by the customer.
